Excellent place

The beds are comfortable. The view is great. The AC is chilly in the kitchen. Has everything you need. The living room is very comfy and cozy. The bathrooms are perfect size or do you have to be careful not to hit your head when you’re on the top bunk in the kids room. Whenever we need anything, Mallory responded quickly. Close to everything. The only thing I have to say is that the washing machine didn’t spin things out completely but I mentioned that to Mallory and she’s having that looked at. The dock was awesome at night! Highly recommend.

We love the location on Ole River and that we could get a boat slip for our boat. Mallory was great! She worked with us on some timing issues and was VERY prompt to answer my questions.

Perfect for our family

Property was great for our family of four adults and 3 kids. Condo was clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed breakfast out on the covered balcony, which had beautiful views of ocean and canal. Mallory responded promptly to all of our questions and concerns. We would highly recommend this property..

Nice condo

Traveling 10hrs with my husband and 4 daughters was not easy
.but the condo itself was just as described when we arrived. The keypad door lock wasn’t working and Mallory responded within 30 minutes with a solution to our problem. The condo had plenty of room for our group. We enjoyed the kitchen and all the dining room seating to eat together and play games together. The full-size washer/dryer was great to have available. The patio was our spot for breakfast/coffee. The view of bay and boats was tranquil and the pool was nice. My only 2 negatives: the pics of the view towards beach need be updated. There is construction of a large condo building obstructing the beach view. The other negative : beach access across the busy street was no longer accessible.. Access via a boardwalk and the dunes around it are roped off with “ not enter signs to protect the dunes” posted. A local told us that was recent and directed us to a public beach . We had to load all our beach stuff up and drive to public beach down the road and pay $10 a car x2 to park for each day
.became a little pricey. Both negatives were out of hosts control. The condo itself was pleasant and would recommend for a great stay at Orange Beach away from the hustle & bustle of a tourist destination.

Our family had a great time! We loved the location and the view. Excellent communication with Mallory, we had a family emergency and she called me right away. Only problem we had was getting to the beach for it was roped off for protection of nesting birds. The beach roped off was totally out of the owners control. We would definitely stay again. Very comfortable condo in great location

My husband, two teenagers, and my husband's parents stayed in this condo for a week. I was worried that we might be on top of each other too much but we had plenty of room. There was enough comfortable furniture for us all to be in the living room or we could spread out into the bedrooms and dining area. The condo was very tastefully decorated and we had everything we needed. We cooked dinner there three nights and the kitchen was well equipped. We love the location, just across the street from the beach and with no high rise buildings nearby so we had the beach to ourselves. The boys also enjoyed catching a lot of fish off the dock just behind the condo building. It was only a 5-15 minute drive from all the restaurants and activities in Orange Beach or Gulf Shores. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The condo is was comfy, roomy and tastefully decorated. The location is perfect with views of the bay and the ocean. Close to activities and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Plenty of seating for everyone inside and on the deck. So glad we stayed here.

Beautiful Views!

The condo was beautifully decorated. The views of both the gulf & the bay were amazing. The condo is positioned in the perfect spot in the complex. We unfortunately had to leave early due to my grand baby having to be hospitalized in Mobile and Mallory was so kind checking on him every day until we made it back home to Louisiana. We will definitely book again!!

Awesome views while relaxing on the deck

Great location and very clean. My wife and I were able to walk to Flora Bama. Everything you need for your stay is included in this rental. A perfect view of both the gulf and the intercoastal waterway. The owner provided everything needed for check in. We put this rental on the top of our list in Orange Beach. Perdido key in October

This condo is in a perfect location between the gulf and the river. It has the best sunset view we have ever seen. Only a half mile from Flora Bama. The condo itself is clean and beautifully decorated. It has all the amenities of home. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home

This listing is everything it claims to be. The rental is clean, well maintained and comfortable. We picked this location because of the easy access to the beach, swimming pool and boat slip. Great trip and thanks for everything Mrs Mallory. Hope to visit again soon.

Lovely place to share pleasant time with family.

We really enjoyed the porch with its beautiful view of the gulf and the bay. Great place for breakfast and late night drinks. The condo was spacious and nicely decorated and the owner was responsive to our questions. It was just a short walk to the clean beach but care must be taken when crossing the highway. Once the beach got too hot we headed back to the pool. The condo had everything we needed to eat many of our meals there. The Perdido Bay Seafood market has a wonderful variety of fresh seafood. We hope to visit this condo in the future.

On the bay

Beautiful condo! The porch is angled so you can see the bay and the ocean, quite a treat!! And, if you look at the edge of the bay you may see crabs and hermit crabs.
