Nothing like was advertised. The shower screamed when you turned it on, the faucet was barely connected to the sink, tons of water damage along the floor boards of the bathroom, and a molded looking fridge in the bathroom area. Eek. Bed was comfortable for one night

The room that was given to me was disgusting to say the least. As soon as I opened the door to the room, I was greeted by an unmade bed with sheets on the floor and the mattress exposed. I walked around the room baffled by what I had just witnessed only to find the bathroom dirty. The trash can was thrown on the floor with trash scattered all over the floor. I proceeded to attempt to contact the front desk and make them aware of the condition of my room only to find out the phone in the room didn’t work either. Once I walked over to the front desk I was ignored and skipped by other customers who apparently did not need to make a line like the rest of us. After about 15 minutes I was finally able to speak to someone and demanded to speak to a manager, showed them the picture I took of the room I was given, I was told there was nothing that can be done.. I requested a refund immediately. I’m still waiting for that. I will never ever book a room in this hotel again. This was completely unacceptable.

If you had actually shown what the building's facade looks like, I wouldn't have booked with you. The rooms look good in the photos, but the beds are uncomfortable, the mattresses sag, and the room smells musty. Oh, and the air conditioner sounds like it has something rattling around inside (room 3207).

The bathroom presented as clean but wasn’t actually clean. There were stands of hair on the toilet and in the shower. There was also a drainage problem with the shower. Because the phone didn’t work I had to drive to the front desk to tell the agent what was going on. Instead of offering a new room she sent maintenance who arrived after 10pm. It took awhile for the guy to finish because he had to leave to go get another tool. He was able to fix the drain but the shower floor was left dirty. Couldn’t call the front desk to complain because like I said before the phone didn’t work

First and foremost, I must express my admiration for the location. Our stay was satisfactory. The hotel appears to be a bit older but has undergone recent renovations, which is perfectly acceptable. However, the water heater in our room was exceptionally loud, making it difficult for us to get a good night’s sleep. The ladies at check-in were not particularly pleasant, but the morning staff quickly redeemed themselves with their exceptional kindness and hospitality.
