The staff is very nice. There was a hole in my door at the bottom and a roach got in the room. The sheets had a bit of hair on them but most hotels do. The breakfast there is very good. They have a shuttle to the parks which was a nice option.

My family and I loved our stay at Magic momenta resort! Such a kid friendly place to stay and affordable! Although I do wish rooms were more kid friendly considering it is a hotel for families with children. The rooms look like your average hotel. The outside was the best part for my children because they had so much kid friendly activities in play area
