The front desk person is also the bartender so I was cut off by some guy who really needed a beer and had to use the kiosk to check in which was slow. Breakfast is served later on weekends so we couldn't eat because we were catching a train. The breakfast and proximity to the train was why I picked this hotel! The room was very clean.

Great hotel, very clean with incredibly friendly staff. The room was clean with a good view. The only reason it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the room is lacking a bit. No coffee, no tea pot, no fridge and the tv had only 2 channels that were not in norwegian. We are very satisfied overall and would recommend it for sure, but we would not want to stay there for more than 2 nights.

Very convenient hotel!!

We were a group of three adults sharing a room. The room configuration was perfect for us. I was impressed with the breakfast buffet and the impressive variety of foods catering to virtually every palate. The hotel is close to the Central Train Station as well as to the Opera House and the Hop on Hop off bus stop (by the Opera House).

Ya need to stay here

From the time we set on the property… the kindness was shown . We were able to leave our luggage in the secure room while we did a bit of site seeing… early checkin . Breakfast is absolutely delicious…. This is a must location. Easily accessible from the port and train station.

Ok but pricey

Breakfast was excellent. Elevators were way too small for the number of rooms. I find the price to be high for the level of hotel. I am paying less for a full service Sheraton in Stockholm.
