We stayed at this hotel after our original one refused to provide a mattress for our baby, and we couldn’t have been happier with the change. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Our room was clean and comfortable, and they provided a cot and mattress for our four-month-old, which made our stay so much easier. The location is great too—just near the RER A for easy access into Paris, plus there’s a free shuttle to Disney right across the road. If you prefer to walk, it’s only about 30 minutes to Disney, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby as well. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful stay and truly couldn’t find a single fault.

Staff were as always excellent and very helpful. Had a small issue with the room being noisy due to some construction work and they were very apologetic and moved us straight away and also compensated us for our parking. The too. Was lovely and location for Disney is great. Shuttle bus was also very handy and being opposite val d’Europe was really helpful. Overall another great stay and it will always remain one of our favourite hotels near Disney.

The breakfast was wonderful, the room was clean, and the hotel quiet. The staff were very helpful. The free shuttle to Disneyland was ok - there is a large portion of the day (approximately 11 am until 6 pm) where it doesn't run which isn't convenient.

Room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfy. Hotel is a good 40 minute flat walk to Disneyland, Paris and just across the street from a great shopping mall, Val d Europe. Staff was Disney friendly and very helpful with directions and buses for transport. This is a nice classy hotel with a nice bar for lounging and cocktails and a good Resturant. Breakfast for a fee which is outstanding in choices and taste

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel during our Disney trip! The rooms were lovely, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was honestly one of the best we’ve ever had—and we’ve stayed in quite a few hotels. The location is perfect, not only for Disneyland (there’s even a shuttle to the park!) but also for shopping, with a big shopping center right in front and a metro station just around the corner. Overall, an amazing experience and unbeatable value for the price. Highly recommend!
