Our flights got cancelled late until early next morning had to scramble to get a room and shuttle service. Called, the staff was so friendly and helped us get everything taken care of. The pantry room amenity on 12th floor with our room booking was clutch! Drinks, snacks included 24/7 !!! Will 100% stay here before our next flight

Our rooms AC did not work and after 3 ignored calles requesting maintenance between 2 and 8:30 we were switched to a new room. Then at 12:30 the fire alarm went off and we had to wake up our toddler and carry him and his stroller down 7 flights of stairs for a false alarm. We likely will not stay here again.

When we first arrived the two front desk girls were arguing apparently one disrespected the other so that was the first impression. I didn’t understand the parking situation because when I booked it was included in the price of the room so why did I have to pay an additional $25 for parking!? The room was very nice and spacious. The only complaint was the shower it was a bit confusing to change it from the faucet to the shower head. All in all wouldn’t be my first choice if we came back to the area.
