The pictures are a bit deceiving. The front desk staff was nice. The room had a musky order and send maintenance up and was told there is nothing wrong and nothing he could do. The to locks screw were coming off and had to try to push them back in. The pool was nice smaller then expected. Tried to go to the pool at a decent morning hour and was locked.

I miss the old 3 palms

The place was dirty with bird poop on furniture an pool area staff cleaned around it - wiped off arm rest abe left bird poop on chair and deck., The gym was not open till 8 am. I use to love this place when it was 3 palm not anymore. the office was closed in the morning with no staff onsite. no towels in pool area

Very relaxing stay 😎

Love the pool and hot tub. The jets weren't working, but it was heated to perfection. The pool is salt water and so beautifully kept. Very clean. I am disabled with M.S. and the stairs in and out of the pool and hot tub were easy for me to navigate. The rooms are a decent size. The bed was super comfy. The top blanket was high quality. A comfortable bed needs a comfortable blanket!! Very relaxing stay.

The park next door was nice, but it’s also the con. The entire area smelled bad. You won’t need an alarm clock since the birds will wake you at 5 AM daily. The fitness area is significantly smaller than it appears in photos. The keycard to enter the room stopped working day two and my last night. Room service was requested three times before it happened. The AC unit is right next to the bed and the fan kicks off randomly with no adjustable setting.

We spent much of our time by the pool. We found that several of the chairs were dry rotted from the sun and heat. My husband we to get up and the seat ripped out from under him and he almost fell. Other than that e love this hotel and highly recommend it to our family members when the travel to AZ.
