Pet friendly for a small fee per dog (depending on size). Room was not well maintained (needed some fixing) and the floors in the room were dirty.
The beds were clean and comfortable and the shower worked. The breakfast was better than expected and had scrambled eggs and sausage. The bagels were stale tho.

Walls had unfinished patches. Beds not made from 1 day to next.
The room was run down and minimally cleaned. I made the mistake of looking underneath the armoire for the TV remote and saw a sea of dust and multiple dead cockroaches. The mattress and bedding were comfortable enough, but overall it was a below-par experience.
The staff was ok, but the hotel is very stingy when it comes to providing basic things like towels and toilet paper. They seemed to ration toilet paper like we were staying on a deserted island. There was literally 1/2 of a used roll in the room when we arrived. We had to repeatedly ask for additional rolls.

Ive stayed here before with no issues. Last night's my company sent me an expense check to pay for the room. This took several hours to clear. Around 6 when it cleared my phone died so i plugged it in. The male manager came out screaming to get off his property or he was calling the police. Because he assumed i wasnt a small business owner that USED to book 300+ stay a night at quality inns. We terminated that contract today. Avoid this location unless your into police involvement and some crazy man cursing at you in a foreign language. Creepy he also said hed been watching me alll day so shut your blinds
We had reservations for 4 nights, one queen bed. I felt we were in a prison boxed room. I also had a few insect bites. We decided to leave after the first night so we wouldn't be charged. Very disappointed. The rooms looked nice in the app but not in person.
AC not working proper. Could not clear the air in the room due to the over use of the air freshener used in the room. (made my wife sick.. (Caused coghing/gaging) Tried to cancel second night and was jerked around by Hotel.com customer service. (While trying to resolve the second night cancelation I was transferred to sales and given a sales pitch on a different vaxation package. )
First off, there was a smell when we walked in the office area to check in that smelled like cleaning or disinfectant chemicals that was so bad I needed to step outside. The breakfast area was right there and I could not have eaten in there. Walking up the stairs (no elevator) the carpeting was dirty and had actual globs of dirt all over it. When we went to our room the smell was there as well. plus tbete was a large ring of black mold around the tub, the sink faucet was coming loose, the uncarpeted floor area was sticky. We turned the AC and fan as high as they could go (I don’t think any cool air was coming out) and left for a few hours. The check in person was apologetic, they sent a housekeeper up to scrub the tub and he used some type of cleanser that was so strong smelling it was even worse. We were offered another room but that one smelled as bad. I will never book a room at a Quality Inn again.

Upon returning to the hotel the smell of old after shave gave us a taste of the rooms!!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed. The property was dirty, poorly maintained, and did not feel safe. It was clear that the standards of cleanliness and care were not being met. This was a very unpleasant experience, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel if you are staying in the South Portland, Maine area.

We feel that we should've been able to get our money bsck , that was was horrible. Our advice to Expedia is to remove them from your list.
When I checked our bedding upon arrival, it was stained and dirty. We then had to wait 4 hours after check in for housekeeping to change the bedding. The door latch on the room was also broken off and didn’t latch properly. If I was staying here alone I would have left because I wouldn’t have felt safe. Will not be returning.
The very strong smell of air freshener in the lobby triggered my asthma. The room also had a very strong air freshener scent and the room was awful-not at all like the photos. We left and went to another hotel. Everything in the place was visibly worn down, needed paint and/or a good cleaning. The air freshener was nothing but lipstick on a pig.

The lady at the front desk was kind, but the Multiple copies of a notice stating you only have 20 minutes to reject your room was a new check-in feature for me.
The motel is not what its brand suggests “ Quality” it’s so poorly maintained that it’s difficult to to articulate how awful it is!
Add dirty, gross/ didn’t want to touch a thing.
