Couldn't have asked for a better stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. They even surprised our son with a birthday cake, which made his day. Wonderful service all around!

Had a fabulous stay, highly recommend! Very well located. Amazing service, so helpful and friendly. Sublime breakfasts and choice to eat on outdoor terrace. We also went for dinner twice as we enjoyed so much the first evening. Upgraded to a suite with small balcony which we loved, and with that came the fantastic selection in the exec lounge but this ends at 6pm. A great option for Lunch though as the selection is so good. Literally the only thing I think that would have enhanced the stay would have been a couple of small chairs on the balcony. Thank you also for the card and bottle of fizz left in our room. Lovely touch!

This is a high quality hotel in the centre of Prague, about five minutes walk from the old town. The rooms are really good, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great; lots of choice, though it can get a bit crowded. There'a a spa in the basement which is good too, though you do need to pay to use it.

The staff were excellent and very accommodating. The square outside was a little noisy in the early am with drunk folks out late (after midnight). The executive lounge was not worth it. Kids running around. Screaming over the music. There should be adult-only hours or some arrangement to avoid kids. Location was great!

Staff is amazing, the hotel is nice, and the location is great. I was just confused about the breakfast charge because I added the buffet when I booked, but Hotels.com did not have record (remember to screenshot) of this and Kings Court did not have record, so we were charged for or first breakfast. Thankfully, Kings Court removed the charge for our first breakfast while I tried to figure it out, and, ultimately, we did not return for breakfast because I have some picky eaters and the shopping center across the street had more options. Hotels.com told me that Kings Court adds a charge for breakfast
