The view was nice, too much sea weed couldn't use the beach at all, the food is ok now very Mexican they should have an area to actually find taco and other Mexican food, activities like zipline is only 2 hour daily and always a line. Needs more cabanas by the pool limited shade to relax by the pool. The resort does not have any option to help you get a taxi of bus for day trips you have to book ur own.

We LOVED sensira! Loved! The food was amazing and since everything was inclusive we definitely enjoyed every single thing lol. Nothing disappointed. We will say Rodeo was the best restaurant if we had to choose. The room was gorgeous (amber room). Our room also included access to an exclusive lounge which we often went to (it’s quieter and adults only). The only thing that would make me not choose this resort again is the location. It was easy to arrive by by cab but the road leading to the resort is soooo bumpy and you can’t walk to anything because there’s nothing near. Aside from that we’ll be back.

Sensira is a great resort for a family vacation. My 5 years old daughter loved this hotel specially the adventure club, kids pool, and the trampoline area. My 13 year old son loved the pools, and gaming room. The staff was very professional and friendly. My room was always clean thanked to the housekeeping staff specially Raquel. We all had an amazing time at Sensira!

Save yourself the trouble, Don’t book this resort. Any other resort is better. My recent visit was a MAJOR letdown. Disappointing because I’ve stayed here before and had a good experience. It’s so different now, unprofessional, rude, disrespectful staff, a run down hotel that I’d never recommend to anyone. • We were not given the room we booked, gave us a dirty room with broken doors, leak/water issues, uncomfortable, and Run down, clearly not ready for guests. despite paying extra for the “Amber Room” VIP experience. The staff was unhelpful and disrespectful, making it a frustrating process to get to the room we actually reserved. It took wasting more than 2 days of vacation time and so many hours wasted of advocating for ourselves with the staff, to get the proper room we booked and it was handled completely unprofessionally. I also noticed that guests were constantly having issues with the staff all the time, constantly long lines. • We encountered other issues with restaurants. Although I had made advance reservations and received confirmation, the staff acted as if our bookings didn’t exist. It took insistence on our part to have them honor it. • As someone who has visited Cancun over 15 times, this was by far the most disappointing trip especially since it was meant to celebrate a special birthday. Other resorts in Mexico offer much better accommodation, friendlier staff, and delivery of what’s actually promised. Would not recommend to anyone

We had a great experience with the family at Sensira, facilities are very nice although the staff didn't seem to know how to give indications inside the hotel. Food and the special restaurants were delicious. There were courtesy room service 2-3 times per day, we found that incredible. Be aware to reserve a place on the pool in the morning because there are not enough for everyone. The only way to get out is with planned transportation, we didn't made it to visit Cancún downtown.

Love the service Every one is so helpful. Love the food . I didn’t like people getting up at 6:00am or early to place towels and saving spots with the umbrella shade there where a few umbrellas so if by 7:00am all the spots with the shade around the pool where taken. So if your in the pool by 8:30 am no shade to relax by the pool but that can be fix easily by getting more umbrellas

Unable to use the beach due to the sargassum. The smell was terrible. Had I realized what an issue this was, would have vacationed elsewhere. Resort smaller than expected with only 2 pool areas with not enough umbrellas. People play the towel game to claim chairs. Food was okay at best. Most enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The chicken parm at the italian restaurant was a chicken tender topped w sauce. The steak burrito at the mexican restaurant had no steak. Kids enjoyed the zip line (although this is only open 45 min twice a day) and ordering drinks from the bar off the kid drink menu. The staff did well emgaging people for pool games and dancing.

we had amazing stay at sensira The hotel staff wspecially in the dining area went above and beyond to take care of us A special shout out to Hever Orego and kavinci in the breakfast area the warm hospitality attention to detail geinuinely kindness made every morning such a pleasure expirience They truly made us feel welcome and valued guest . we will surely come back bec of the people that made the stay feels like home when far away fr home Thank you sensira hotel it was great trip far fr chaos, I used to stay hawaii is the best places i kept coming back bec it refreshes me but now its cancun and staying in sensira is one of the best thing. will surely kept coming back
