The room was not up to modern standards — it felt outdated and uncomfortable. There were mosquitoes, and the pillows were not supportive at all. The all-inclusive meals were disappointing, with very limited options to choose from, and the snack bar was by far the worst compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast was the weakest part of the stay, offering little variety and low quality. The pool was just okay, and the night entertainment was mediocre at best. I honestly don’t see the point of labeling this place as “adults only,” since there was nothing particularly special or enjoyable for adults to do. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Property was outdated but clean, pool area was nice, disappointed that in our 5 night stay only 2 nights an Al a carte restaurant was available. So it was buffet for all 3 meals. Room was nothing special, basic hotel room. Nothing to do when weather was bad. Drinks were weak. Bar staff were nice, but there were some pushy guys trying to sell some vacation club. Overall if you’re looking for a very quiet trip in October and aren’t picky about the food this may work for you. Price was good so can complain but I’ve been to much better resorts.

The service was excellent—from housekeeping and cleaning staff to the front desk, cooks, and waiters. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made sure we were well taken care of. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation where you can truly unwind, this is the place to go. The check-in experience was incredible—no long lines or waiting around. They greet you with a refreshing drink while you sit and relax, and they handle the check-in for you. How amazing is that? I was truly impressed and 100% satisfied with the service and care everyone provided. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and top-notch hospitality!
