Paid for the upgraded room and it really is pointless, there is no perks and no reason to it. The first day i got there the room floor was dirty. The food was bland, no flavor and poor options. The staff was very welcoming the first day after that everyone had an attitude and no one liked servicing or going out of their way to help. Never staying here again, for such a prestigous hotel it was a very crappy experience.

This was our wedding anniversary trip we have visited hard rock punta cana for 3 separate times before the pandemic this was our 4 and worst time here..we will never come back here !! And it was our favorite place we requested a nice room we had a view of a tree for days our jacuzzi did not Work and no one came or checked in with us .even after I asked about it they told me they didn't know and would get back to me ..never did !!😡😡😡.the fridge was never restocked even after Asking for beers when trying to retrieve my resort Credits they said I had none although my Expedia receipt confirmed I did .when trying to book a spa service they said I needed the front desk to release my credit card and to reach out to them when I did they advised I did not have a credit card on file although they needed a credit card to check me in!!!! I had to go to my room get confirmation and send it to them only for them to finally agree that they scanned my credit card to check me I !!!!.the food was horrible and not fresh and never hot we had our family join us 8 people that vowed would never come back here although the staff was as good as possible management didn't seem to care about our issues nor did they make any attempt to make changes to satisfy us . Or accommodate us in any way ...the liquor was garbage !!! We were so disappointed but more importantly we will never spent $4000 at hard rock punta cana again and will continue to express how unhappy and miserable they made our vacation

The resort is beautiful! Our room was well decorated and spacious. I loved soaking in oyr own balcony hot tub. However, the resort is too big for its own good. Restaurants were limited as some were closed for this or that. Waiting in long lines to eat dinner or breakfast was super annoying. Food while edible was not good. Fiur out of five nights we had to call for our restocking of mini fridge and it took hours. Room service for coffee as there was only expresso machine in room took more than an hour but promised twenty minutes or less. Overall dining or anything associated with it major downside to this vacation. Nobody wants to beg or call several times for coffee or soda refills. Nobody on vacation wants to spend time in long line to eat, then see empty buffet pans . Punta Cana has some of the best beaches but dont expect good food or dining. I would not stay at Hard Rock Punta Cana again. I would visit Punta again for half the price with same beach diwn the street.

Rude staff. Hard to accommodate gluten diet (they literally served frozen bread). It’s not all inclusive - you have to pay for bowling and many other activities. Had to change rooms day one because of a leak. We had two rooms as a family and they put us 3 buildings apart. A good chunk of the beach and bars is reserved for club partners. Food disappears from restaurants and stalls, for example, Ipanema, one of the steakhouses, was not serving steaks. Terrible, terrible experience.

Resort was nice,nice beach,alot of pools,good waterpark. Some restaurants was good. Service is very bad. Room was good but shower was very dirty, all the handels and switches in room was dirty. Food in market was bad,nothing to eat. Have to look for my room by myself ,at checkout same thing ,i set the pick up time at 10.20 no one show up. But main problem on thus resort was that they sell on weekends cheap administration to Resort to local people. Loks like was around 300 young man ,they took over the all resort,they run in waterpark next to the kids. You can't get to any slides. At pool same thing,very dirty:towels everywhere, food,cups from drinks,very loud, jumping in the pool in they socks,taking shower nextbto the pool in they underwear. Never go back ther. I like DR first time i experience something like that.

⚠️ Do Not Stay at Hard Rock Punta Cana – Unsafe and Unhygienic Our “luxury” family vacation turned into a complete disaster. My son developed a severe allergic rash from the chlorine-filled pools, and my baby daughter had an asthma attack caused by the mold and humidity in the room. The rooms were dirty, moldy, and smelled terrible. Instead of cleaning, staff used machines that released strong chemicals to mask the odor. We were moved several times, but every room was the same. Even worse — a housekeeping manager entered our room and took photos of my baby without my consent. When I complained, they offered a massage and asked me to sign a confidentiality agreement instead of addressing the problem. The hotel is falling apart — broken elevators, leaking ceilings, and unsafe conditions everywhere. The “concierge” tried to sell me a vacation package without any written contract. This is not a 5-star resort, it’s a health and safety hazard. If you care about your family, stay far away from Hard Rock Punta Cana.
