Llegué el domingo, día de mi cumpleaños, y no tuvieron ningún detalle especial. Ese mismo día me robaron $60 de la caja fuerte dentro de la habitación. Reporté el hecho y revisaron cámaras, pero luego dijeron que “no encontraron nada” y no podían acusar al empleado. No ofrecieron disculpa ni compensación. Nos sentimos inseguros e indignados. Al final no resolvieron nada muy mala gestión y cero responsabilidad del hotel.

Our room was always kept super clean. The level of service was great from start to finish. This is a place we would strongly consider visting again. Admittedly it was the slow season but the restaurant schedule was a bit confusing and constantly changing. Perhaps it would have helped to upgrade to have the butler service

We plan a 5 nights/4 days vacation with my wife to Punta Cana y choose this resort from all those listed in Expedia. We don't regret it all. The only Cons that I can name is the transportation: Majestic should have a transportation service from and to the airport managed by the hotel it doesn't matter if there is a fee on they include it on the reservations, I will more than happy to pay. I hire a Third-party transportation service and they pick Us up from the airport but they fail in show up when I have to return to the airport, the resort itself help me to find another Third-party service with a very nice driver but I think is something they can easily handle since the resort seems very busy all the time. A shuttle service will be a top-notch. Anyways, where I can start. Since we arrive to the resort it was a treatment of a King and a Queen. On the counter you can wait a little because is understandable that every guest have questions. My luggage was taken away by the concierge and they told me to return with my room number so they will walk with Us. Right away, we were received with refreshing "parcha" (passion fruit) water (AMAZING), I drank like 3, so refreshing. We check-in, everything explained. Excellent accommodations. All the staff friendly on every section. They make you feel welcomed and most all the times I couldn't believe how much I paid for such treatment and facilities. We had a partial beach/garden view. Room was very comfortable, spacious, clean and close to beach, pool and clubhouse. Staff in all areas were very friendly and helpful. Drinks were very good. Bars and Bartenders were over the top, specially Anyelina and Santa by the Elle Clubhouse and pool. Sorkelly in the main lobby bar. They all made every guest feel special, by greeting them and some by their name. Food was good in some areas, but there's all kinds to please every pallate. Toribio Butler was our person Assistant and he made sure our stay at Majestic Elegance was memorable and enjoyable. Stayed in contact with us every day from arrival to departure. Will definitely consider visiting Majestic Elegance or Mirage very soon

Majestic Elegance completely ruined our honeymoon/anniversary. Paid almost $5,000 and got a filthy room that looked nothing like the pictures. Couldn’t access most restaurants, bars, pools, or even get water without being a “club member” (which they NEVER told us about). The pool was always dirty, housekeeping was rude when we asked for clean sheets, and room service was a joke. On the beach we were harassed nonstop by pushy vendors who wouldn’t take no for an answer. This resort is a scam, nothing like advertised, and absolutely not worth the money. Terrible experience from start to finish — we’ll never come back.

The full Majestic experience was great. The staff makes it special, whether it’s dining, entertainment, or grounds overall they have amazing people working here. The resort is beautiful and the landscape and buildings are amazing architecture. Overall we’re leaving very satisfied and plan on being back with others to experience.

The staff here made our vacation! So friendly and welcoming! The food was pretty good for the most part and the coffee at the cafe was great (so was the cherry cake yummm). Our Butler, Melvin, was very attentive. All around great time
