My stay at Ocean Blue & Sand Beach Resort was short but overall great, and I would definitely consider visiting again. The resort itself is beautiful, very large, and well maintained. Everything felt very clean, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I only had the chance to eat at the buffet during my stay, but the food selection and quality were very good, so I didn’t get around to trying the restaurants this time. There were, however, two issues during my stay. The minor issue was with my room thermostat, which wasn’t working properly. I reported it three times, but unfortunately it never got fixed, and I ended up dealing with a room temperature of around 79°F for the remainder of my stay. It wasn’t ideal, but I managed. The more serious concern was something I may have misunderstood at first, but I felt that some staff members did not always provide the same level of service to me as they did to other guests. As a Hispanic/Latino guest, I sometimes felt I was treated differently, possibly due to an assumption that I wouldn’t tip, which is not the case since I tip generously. I want to emphasize this was not all staff, as many were friendly and professional, but it was noticeable enough to affect my experience. Despite these issues, I still enjoyed my stay overall and would like to return in the future, hopefully with these concerns improved.

The rooms were modern, in good repair, daily cleaning staff was excellent. Food was very good , fresh lots of variety. Restaurant choices were very nice and good variety. Pools gorgeous and clean . Beach area was fairly clean and lots of sand to walk daily. Staff friendly and attentive especially in buffet dining. Entertainment was varied and some excellent bands, singers, piano lounge, MJ, magician were all enjoyable

I booked a King bed and we were assigned a room with two double beds. Expedia messed up I guess. Room was great! Could use some extra USB charging slots and more plugs throughout the entire space. Bathroom is massive, including a large vanity with a double sink. One plug on one side of one sink in the entire room is crazy!! Sliding glass door does not lock at all. We were on third floor so we never really cared. Should have a swing up locking bar system to secure the door. Renovation update idea perhaps?? Maid was awesome and room service was nothing short of amazing!! Pools were spacious and always kept clean!! Carlos at Tiki bar was amazing, and Sindy at Villa Marina was amazing and always smiling and pleasant!! Freddy at Steakhouse Restaurant and at Villa Marina was outstanding and such a pleasure to be around!!

This was our first time here and we absolutely loved it. The staff is amazing — so friendly and helpful, which really made our stay special. One thing that would make the experience even better is a policy about reserving beach chairs at the pool. We noticed some guests would place towels on chairs early in the morning and then leave for long periods, which made it hard for others to find seating. It would feel more fair if chairs couldn’t be held when guests aren’t actually using them. Otherwise, we had an amazing experience and will definitely return!

All the staff were super friendly, because we booked through Expedia we got VIP and got our own concierge. The food was good most the time. The drink were hit or miss depending where you went but mostly sweet. I would say the entertainment needs alot of improvement the staff were very friendly but it was boring to be honest the white party on the beach felt more like a kids beach party the fire show was the best show. Resort is nice and beach was as clean as they can get it.

This is our 7th stay here and absolutely love it! the front line staff are most courteous and never without a smile. I want to highlight the "behind the scenes" staff. From the folks sweeping the floor, lawn and landscape workers, dishwashers and cooks, bathroom cleaners and room staff, pool cleaners, tree trimmers, beach chair movers, laundry staff,and countless others we don't see, a BIG THANK YOU for all you do to make our stay a great experience that ensures our return, time and time again!!!!

Everything met or exceeded our expectations. Staff was attentive and the poolside service n the privilege section was worth the extra cost. Food areas can be a bit of a walk but there are carts running regularly if you want a ride. We plan to return in the future.
