It was excellent overall! The only thing we didn’t like was the first morning — they arranged a ‘breakfast’ with a staff member who tried to sell us their ‘Privilege’ status. Even though the person was very kind and friendly, it made us uncomfortable because we had to spend a lot of time on something sales-related during our family vacation. Other than that, everything was great: the resort was very clean, the staff was extremely friendly, and the environment was awesome, especially for families. There was even a flamingo and some cats on the property, which we really enjoyed! The food was okay—not bad, but not outstanding either.

We stayed at the ocean blue and sands for the first time, looking for the smaller resort. We were very pleased with our stay and will return. The food was great, the drinks were great, the room was clean when we arrived and cleaned daily. The only thing I didn’t like was the sales team harassing us daily. Waiting outside of breakfast area. After I told them we were there to relax and I didn’t want to be bothered. That was the only downfall to the whole vacation. Other than that it was a great place and I would recommend it to anybody.

The staff was great, the room was fine the bed could have been a little softer. The Japanese and Steak house was great. The Marina villa was good as well. The ice cream was my favorite. The drinks were alright. My overall experience was good. I like that you have everything there restaurants, entertainment, bowling, nightlife everything.
