The grounds are immaculate and the restaurants are fantastic. The beach could not be better. Soft sand a turquoise waters. The pools are really nice too. And the entertainment staff works all day. They're fun and entertaining. The drinks were hit or miss but we could all find something we liked and the bartenders were great. We loved the lobby bar. Something happens every evening. We'll definitely be back!

Our stay was okay. I booked a king bed and when we arrived we received 2 queen beds instead. When I said I booked a king bed I was told there isn’t anymore available and to come back the next day to see if there was availability which was annoying. The check in girl and the rest of the check in staff did not seem very friendly and were kind of rude. We were part of a group of 14 people and another check in staff member was rude to other people in our group. The rooms seemed dated and very tired and beaten up. The Mexican and Italian restaurants were okay. Route 66 took forever and the service was very poor. There were 6 of us at one table and 8 at another, but the 6 people all received their food way faster than the table of 8 even though we arrived and ordered at the same time. The table of 8 was at the restaurant for another 45 minutes after the table of 6 left. You have to make a reservation to go to the Japanese and steak house which is okay if you are up at 7am. The reservation system says they don’t open until 7:30am, but it is 7am. Good luck trying to get into the steakhouse if you try to reserve at 7:15am - they will already be sold out for the day. The steakhouse service was also poor and not worth the hype. There were only 6 of us that went one night and we sat at our table for 20 minutes before anyone came around to take our order. We had to ask the drink waiter to find someone to come take our order. This resort is not 4.5 stars as advertised. 3.5 at best.

Great location of the room close to pool and beach (building 5). Did not like the way they do restaurant reservations so we were left with the buffet only and food was limited as far as options. Staff was great - not enough lounge chairs by the beach. Needless to say the people selling merchandise on the beach takes away from relaxing.

Very clean, but the waitresses, waiters or anyone that works at the resort should be able to understand your request or questions. I only speak one language (English) and they gave me the wrong food or drink on many occasions. They should invest in an information booth through the resort so that anyone from a variety of countries and languages could ask a question and the information personnel could given the proper instructions.

What a great resort. This was my third trip to this resort. The workers go out of their way to make sure that you are happy. The steak house and Italian restaurants were my favorite and the food was excellent. The privilege section is so worth the xtra. All the bartenders were friendly and attentive. See you next year!

We have a group of 15 come to the resort for our annual family/friends vacation. The resort even with Privilege building has no elevator. Our group has been moved all over to different buildings. Our building 5 rooms - mostly not look like privilege room, it doesn’t have hot tub, doesn’t come with H10 toiletries bag, minibar only filled with water and couple soda. No snacks no alcohols. The staff are very unfriendly, my nephew got kicked out from BlueMoon with Boston Birkenstock clogs ( totally covered all the toes and it’s suede leather) it’s unbelievable!! Their staff doesn’t have proper training an loves argue about everything, instead of “one second , let me ask my manager “ Afterwards we went to speak to manager, he totally agreed that my nephew shouldn’t be kicked out because he met the dress code guideline. Later, my friends who was not staying in privilege went to lounge looked for us, but got yelled by the supervisor in the privilege lounge ( not trying to stay or eat , just looking for friends ) - very unprofessional. We were very upset by their service. I have been with H10 member for the past 7 years and I been to Cancun’s ORP many times, never had this issue. The butler there is very tentative unlike Ocean Blue sand and Beach. 15 of us left the resort today with very bad taste in our mouth. Don’t think we will ever try to come back. Pro- weather is beautiful in Punta Cana , beach is amazing.

The staff was always courteous and resort was always clean and well maintained. The location and beach were excellent. Their food was okay for an all inclusive but not outstanding. The specialty restaurants were difficult to book and the food was underwhelming (buffet was much better). Also if you book with a travel agency you do not have access to the Privilege level amenities and are not able to opt-in. I definitely would recommend the resort for a quick stay but if you can book directly with the hotel for more amenities.

The room was amazing, the food delicious, the service impeccable and the amenties were delightful.We had a wonderful 10 day experience only to be ruined by the PUJ airport experience. For the second time in as many years that we have vacationed in Punta Cana, airport baggage-handling staff have rifled through our checked luggage looking for valuables. Last year all of my wife's jewellery was stolen, and upon our return to our hometown Ottawa, Canada last night, all of the contents in my both luggages were strewn about, obviously staff looking for valuables again. This is a serious security problem that Punta Cana has to take seriously and they are not.

Enjoyed the water aerobics with LeBron and the other 2 Guys who taught the class as well. Nice groundskeeping, pool, rooms and staff.
