Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Seen complaints about the rooms smelling musty which was true only at the start and went away after a day (seems unavoidable with how humid it is). Team blue was outstanding always bringing great energy, thank u Barbie + Jorge + others.

Nice property. When you get there they give you a mimosa. My room was clean. They kept the property clean and the pool clean. White sand beach was beautiful also. Only problem i had was that once we checked in a lady was waiting and since thos was pur first day here she wanted to setup a special breakfast and give a complimentary gift. Come to find out it wad a presentation to get us to buy i to the the property like a timeshare but you get to book anytime you want. If she wouldnhave said that feom the beginning i wouldnt have went. Even though we said no they continued to try to talk us into buying. Took most of the day. I didnt like that. Food was ok. Really liked the mexican restaurant. Activities on the resort, gym open all day. Not a bad resort to stay.

We had an amazing experience overall. Room, food, and other services were excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay. However, we did face some challenges during an emergency situation toward the end of our visit. My wife suffered a leg injury, and we needed assistance from the resort staff to help her get to the reception area so we could return home by cab. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive adequate support in arranging transportation within the resort. We noticed that the carts were mainly used for privileged guests, which is understandable, but we believe that in emergency situations, support should be extended to all guests, regardless of their status. Additionally, when we ordered food through room service due to the injury, it was not delivered promptly. We understand that most guests prefer the buffet or restaurant dining, but in special circumstances like emergencies, it would make a big difference if room service were prioritized. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the hospitality. We just hope that the resort improves its responsiveness and support during emergencies so that all guests feel cared for and comfortable, even in unexpected situations.

Title: Poor Communication and Disappointing Experience We stayed at this resort on October 25 to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday, but sadly, it was a very disappointing experience. The restaurants weren’t open every day, and they rotated schedules — some were open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, while others only on Tuesday and Thursday. Nobody mentioned this at check-in, so we kept showing up to closed restaurants. The communication was terrible, and it really affected our plans. The buffet didn’t have much to choose from, and the quality was average at best. It rained most of the week, and water kept coming into our room under the door. When we complained, the staff said they couldn’t control the weather and never fixed the issue. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. Then, at checkout, they suddenly said there were stains on the mattress and charged us $150. This was brought up at the very last minute, so we couldn’t even see it or know if it could have been cleaned. The charge felt unfair and left a bad impression. We were a group of ten people with five rooms total, and even making dinner reservations together was a struggle. We’ve been to Punta Cana many times and always enjoyed our stays, but this time was a major disappointment. Unfortunately, it didn’t feel like we spent our money in the right place.

For starters, the bathroom door didn’t even close. Also the AC was malfunctioning in the room. We told staff and they ignored us. The first day they upgraded us to a different room, which also had some plumbing issues. Staff was not nice or pleasant to assist us and when we spoke to the supervisor, Nelson, he showed no empathy for our situation. We will never stay at this hotel again nor would we recommend it.
