Ocean Blue provides excellent overall service. The staff are courteous, polite and always willing to help. The room we occupied was large, comfortable and a joy to stay in. Both the food and beverage qualities were great. As a beach side property, Ocean Blue is great value for the money. The lounge area being breezy all the time is a delightful place to spend time and the musical programs were a delight. I would strongly recommend Ocean Blue as a family resort.

The resort is beautiful, the staff is excellent. Definitely the best entertainment guys in the Caribbean, they really work super hard and always so happy trying to take make sure we enjoy every minute. The food from the buffet is ok ( in general the food from the Caribbean resorts are always low quality but you don’t expect the best since you don’t go for the food) BUT DEFINITELY THE RESTAURANTS NEED TO IMPROVE AND HIRE JUST ONE, ONE! CHEF FOR EACH RESTAURANT SINCE THE FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! They have no idea how to prepare a specific dish and the food is put on the microwave before serving which is a huge mistake. The Mexican is just terrible, every single person was in shock how bad everything was. I got food poisoned at the Stake House, luckily I recovered in one day with pepto and water. It was just in general so disappointing so don’t expect anything good from any of the restaurants. We tried: Mexican= -0 Stake House= 0, overcooked and not fresh(got sick) Japanese = 0, overcooked and just bad taste, French= absolutely terrible, etc. and I am so sorry for being honest but I really want them to improve the food since is an amazing place with amazing workers and I know the owners (Spanish) they have almost 20 resorts and with enough money to hire just one professional chef that belongs to each restaurant other wise people are just gonna leave the resort so disappointed for something that can be fix.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The beach was beautiful and the food was amazing. Francis was our favorite bartender - always smiling and he remembered what we wanted to drink every time. He's awesome! The room was cleaned as we requested it be. Everything was perfect! We'll definitely go back!

My housekeeper was Amazing! I never seen her personally but each day my room was spotless & she added very pretty fresh flowers in the bathroom & rearrange the curtains with decorative fresh flowers...the staff were so polite & kind...assertive & happy...everything was available without any issues...Wonderful resort.

The experience was great! Room was clean the pool was very nice too, the breakfast buffet was great Robinson was a waiter and he was very attentive My room was cleaned every day and we had clean towels daily. Omg! The coffee shop and the ice cream shop are the best!!!!
