Beach was kept clean - racking seaweed several times a day. Pool areas & pools were clean and water was a pleasant temperature. Coffee shop was excellent. A few staff members were excellent and interacted with us....most did not. Food was mixed: Steak house was good, Route 66 was terrible, rest were okay. Bars at the beach and pools weren't great, others were much better. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay. Thank you!

Amazing resort , everything you need from life music, night club, shopping, entertainment, great food different food every day at the buffet, amazing coffee shop, is just the customer service is very low. Waiting so long if you need anything in the room, eyes rolling when you asked for something, the people from the Italian restaurant are very mean. But I talk to one of the managers Máximo , who was very professional and listen to what I had to say and fixed my problem! So big thank you for Máximo!

Staff was not friendly. Reservations were next to impossible to get for the restaurants. Felt like we had to beg for refills on our sodas in the dining rooms. It says no reserve on the sun chairs and umbrellas however when we went early in the morning they were all reserved with nobody around. Felt like seconds to the privilege group. Pools were beautiful. Liked so with activities.

Here’s a polished review you can use: ⸻ Resort Review – Punta Cana I recently stayed at this resort in Punta Cana and, while it had some positive aspects like beautiful grounds and friendly staff, there were a few issues that made the stay less enjoyable than expected. First, the entertainment options for kids were very limited. For a family-oriented destination, I expected more activities, games, or kid-friendly shows to keep the little ones engaged throughout the day. Instead, we often found ourselves trying to create our own entertainment because the resort didn’t offer enough. Another downside was the condition of our room. There was a noticeable damp, musty smell that seemed to come from moisture in the walls or air. Even after trying to air it out, the odor lingered and made the room feel uncomfortable. Overall, the resort has potential, but improvements are definitely needed—especially in kids’ entertainment and room maintenance—to make it a more enjoyable stay for families.

I liked private beach, beautiful grounds, delicious food, friendliness of many staff members, decor. I did not like cleanliness in some of the dinning areas. Waiters did not set up clean set for the new customers and used whatever was left after previous guest. Coctails had barely any alcohol. Some services (spa, massage and shares sales) were offered too often, it was bothersome. It would be nice if the front desk staff spoke English so they could provide better instructions about the property. Prices in the Spa were too high, even with the coupons provided, I can get similar services at home much cheaper.

It was excellent overall! The only thing we didn’t like was the first morning — they arranged a ‘breakfast’ with a staff member who tried to sell us their ‘Privilege’ status. Even though the person was very kind and friendly, it made us uncomfortable because we had to spend a lot of time on something sales-related during our family vacation. Other than that, everything was great: the resort was very clean, the staff was extremely friendly, and the environment was awesome, especially for families. There was even a flamingo and some cats on the property, which we really enjoyed! The food was okay—not bad, but not outstanding either.
