We would give 6 stars not 5. Everything was outstanding on every level. The room view was breathtaking waking up to a peaceful serene lake front beach resort. We were welcomed with a welcome basket for our dog. The room was clean new and extremely comfortable. The bed was so comfy with luxury pillows and bedding. The place is super quiet i don’t sleep well but here I slept like a baby. All the amenities were great extra large bath towels. Nice soaps and high quality toilet paper. Walk in shower was great. The jacuzzi and sauna were so relaxing. Everything was perfect. The L’îlot resto was very good had one of the best pizza I ever had and they were so kind to accommodate my wife’s dietary restrictions. Just don’t think twice book this place!!!! You’ll never want to leave. Staff were so friendly and accommodating always smiling

Comfortable rooms, pet friendly, beautiful lake views. Upon arrival no one was there to help us with the luggage. We carried everything up to the room ourselves. We were upgraded to a penthouse suite. But service could use improvements. We had an issue with the bathroom sink that wouldn’t drain, called the front desk twice to send someone up to look at it, after an hour and two calls someone finally came up and it was a quick fix. Called for room service on our first day, but were told they don’t have the capacity at the moment and asked me to call back in an hour. So we went to a nearby bakery instead, which was fabulous. The next day I went to the restaurant to order food to bring to our room because we had dogs and couldn’t go to the restaurant to sit and eat. They took my order and said will bring it up to the room in 10 minutes. After 45 minutes of waiting I went back to the restaurant and it turned out they never put my order through. They apologized and brought the food to our room after 10 minutes, but the food was cold and I was disappointed. Upon checkout, no one was at the front desk and we had to wait about 10-15 minutes for someone to help us. Overall, this is a comfortable hotel in a nice location if you’re traveling with pets. But if you’re expecting service this is not the place for you. I will still come to this hotel when traveling with my dogs, but will have to lower my expectations when it comes to service.

Decent getaway, nice views and setting. However, the rooms need some love and we were disappointed there was no housekeeping in a 4 star hotel. Also, beware some rooms say they have a lake view but it's merely a partial view. The restaurant was very average (we tried breakfast and dinner)
