Fantastic location - could walk everywhere! Very safe area and great eateries were close-by. Helpful and courteous staff. Rooms were clean and spacious. Great to have a fridge. Only issue was the air conditioning was very cold and did not turn off when set on auto. Note that you need to walk up 25 steps from the entrance to get to the lobby - may be tough if you have heavy luggage. Highly recommended hotel! Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a good location in that it is walking distance to everything and just around the corner from a main restaurant and shopping area with lots of activity. It’s is beautifully renovated and modern inside with a Michelin restaurant on site. And, this may sound crazy, but they have the most AMAZING scent when you walk in the door. We were obsessed! The staff is friendly and bilingual. Unfortunately, There are some homeless people that hang around the shopping area, but they are harmless. My only complaint about the hotel room is that they have nice Nespresso machines in the room, but the cups are too little to hold the coffee, so you need to have an extra cup to switch out so the coffee doesn’t spill over. Also, I somehow missed the fact and was shocked to learn that they charge for parking, which seems ridiculous for a hotel.

Ideally located to the touristy sights, quaint little town and many amenities. You can easily walk around town and return to the hotel when you need a break or to change before dinner. While we had little choice other than to do the valet parking at $34/day, it's hard to argue with the convenience and made it stress-free arriving in a new city and navigating the tiny streets. The pool and sauna are exceptional and while we never dined in, the restaurant was always hopping. The staff was friendly and put up with our horrible accents. Merci!

Excellent hotel; the rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable; the staff were very kind. They have EV parking which was great for us. Location was also excellent; we could walk everywhere. We tried the buffet breakfast once— it was pretty standard, I personally wouldnt do it again since there are cheaper and better options close by including in the little cafe attached to the hotel. I would definitely stay in the hotel again.

Family vacation in August

We booked our family trip at the last minute. We were able to get a room with 2 double beds on the day of online. Check in was easy and parking was easy as well. We just drove upto the parking lot (beside the hotel) and dropped off our car. The location of the hotel was great, close to everything. The room was clean, had everything we needed. My only complain is one elevator was out of order. So there was only 1 working elevator. Sometimes it got busy. Overall, I will definitely come back to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Manoir Victoria! The hotel is close to everything, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the rooms were spotless and well-kept. The staff were welcoming and always friendly, which really added to the experience. Parking was convenient and stress-free. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations — we would happily stay here again on our next trip to Quebec City!
