Such a lovely modern and clean property walkable to restaurants, pharmacy, gelato, and bakeries. On a busy Main Street however does not take a way from a quiet and peaceful nights rest as the bedroom is not street facing. Owner very responsive and has literally thought of everything her guests may need. Notepad and pen included. If you are looking for a contemporary spot where you have a mix of city living yet peaceful vibes then you should consider this space. You will not be disappointed!
Property was great. Was a very cozy layout and was walking distance to a lot of places to eat, explore and go out for drinks. Everything was very clean and was a perfect layout for my wife and I.
Just what I wanted, a nice, clean, cozy place to stay during a downtown Racine winter event over a weekend. Nice and private and perfect for two people.
I had a fantastic Labor Day weekend at the graduate on Main Street and Racine . The modern cozy apartment was just a short walk from North Beach making it an ideal spot for Lakeside retreat. The queen size bed and smart TV were perfect for unwinding in the full bath and laundry facilities added extra convenience. The keyless entry made everything hasslefree the hostâs Communication was exceptional, responsive and helpful throughout my stay highly recommend for a memorable stay with top-notch hospitality.
My husband, son and myself stayed here a few days ago and absolutely loved it. It's exactly like the description. Angela was very accommodating and quick to respond anytime I reached out to her. Our son slept on the pull out sofa. It was a little loud out there but not enough to really bother him..just maybe something to think about if you're having someone sleep in the living room. We are going back to Racine in a couple of weeks and are staying here again!
We had a great time checking out the city! Great food, great shops, great apartment! Safe, plenty of parking on the streets or parking garage, walking distance to the marina, shops and restaurants.
I truly enjoyed my stay at this excellent property! Very comfortable, everything as advertised, excellent amenities.
Angela was a great host, very responsive and helpful. Thanks again Angela!
I only wish that I had more time to explore Racine, I'll definitely be back!
Rented this place for a girls' vacay with my teenage daughter. She wanted to spend some leisurely time on the beach. North Beach in Racine is rated as one of the most pristine beaches on all of Lake Michigan...it does not disappoint. We also enjoyed the marina, many local restaurants and shops which are all within walking distance. The apartment is well appointed and immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable and there are ample towels as well as kitchenware/gadgets (even a blender!) The landlord sent multiple emails to check in and provide schedule tips/reminders. This apartment is above the business district on Main St. So parking is as you would expect...metered on the street out front or in a public ramp within one block. The daily parking rate in the ramp is $3.50. Coming from a much larger city, this struck me as quite the bargain! As other reviewers have noted, access to this second floor apartment requires navigating a steep staircase...there is no elevator. We also noticed the street noise (as mentioned in other reviews) and agree that it is barely noticeable from the back of the apartment where the bedroom is situated. Neither of these things was too bothersome to us in the larger scheme of things. Rent with confidence and enjoy!! Also treat yourself to some gelato from the Italian coffee shop across the street!!
Owner is WONDERFUL and very easy to contact. Unit is exactly as described- warm, inviting, stocked with all the essentials and very comfortable. We enjoyed our weekend stay in this nicely decorated unit. Our only notes are (1) the high ceilings are great for ambience but not fun walking up the steep stairs, (2) location had some really good restaurants closeby like Maple Table but overall a bit bare. If you enjoy walking, the waterfront harbor is only a few blocks away. For us, this unit was perfect for a relazing weekend getaway.
Our second stay in under a month. Location and property were wonderful. We used nearby parking ramp which was only $2 per 24 hours. We would recommend this spot when visiting Racine. Host is really nice and quick to respond to anything. đ
We really enjoyed the location to fun shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the Ivanhoe Irish Pub. Angela answered any questions we had and gave us some great tips for things to do in the area! The space is newer, nicely decorated, and very clean! There was a long flight of stairs to reach the home, but well worth it!!
Great spot in downtown Racine. Everything was wonderful and the location was really nice. No issues at all and the communication was spot on. We will be staying again in the next couple of weeks. Cheers!
We rented this charming apartment for 3 days. We were attending my great nieceâs graduation party in Kenosha. This place was perfect for my husband and myself. Itâs very nice with all the comforts of home. Racine was hopping with much entertainment on Friday night. Thereâs plenty to do and see including local artist galleries, cute little boutiques, and the lake is right there. Plenty of variety of food, everything was walkable from the place. We would definitely stay again.
Great property, close to the waterfront and right in the heart of downtown. Good restraunts nearby! Much quieter than staying in downtown MKE and a 40 min drive to do the things we wanted to do in MKE.
Having never been to Racine before it was nice to be so close to my friends house who moved there from Portland, Oregon. A little noisy but the bedroom is in the back. Full set of stairs from the Street.
