We were able to leave our luggage which was great. Able to get in room using wifi means with no problem the 1st time, but got locked out the 2nd time and got no response from owner via phone or email. Able to get back in 2hrs later. Water for shower was lukewarm at best. Despite advertisement for breakfast, none was provided and couldn't leave without taking luggage for fear of inability to get back in. Overall horrible experience and we have traveled alot.
After booking, about two days before our check in date, we received an email to check in online. We are not computer illiterate, but we were not able to check in online. We tried many times with no luck. We tried as many times to reach them by phone, during normal business hours and no one answered. We left messages with no call back. We then just went to the property and there were no staff anywhere. The other guests said their is no one on site. We finally gave up and paid for another hotel down the street, which was great by the way. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
We had a proof of our room booked and they wouldnât come look at it. They told us to leave their property immediately. Very rude. We were out on the street most if the night 3 cabs latter we found a place to sleep We are in a different country. People werenât very helpful. I was in tears. Had even called and confirmed room two weeks earlier. I think he rented to someone that rented longer. He beeped us in the building. He told us we were in room 4. And someone was in that room. Then told us 2 then we were in the room for about 10 mins and he called us a told us to get out. Itâs a nightmare. He blamed it on Expedia.
