Overall we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Isa. Staff were very nice and helped with getting us taxi and held our baggage after check out so we could get a walk in before heading to the airport. Not so close to sites though. Breakfast was very good, and had a nice view of the dome of St. Peter’s Basilica. Thank you!

Friendly staff throughout hotel. Breakfast had a great range of food with staff on hand to cook hot food and make good coffee. The bonus was that the room had a nearby view of the Basilica of St Peter. The room had a safe and the key was at reception with no charge. The hotel atmosphere was peaceful and it felt so comfortable.

Room is small with tiny beds. Noise from other rooms can be heard in your room. The slamming of doors are very unpleasant. Staff however are very helpful and friendly. The location is in a walkable area.

Beautiful hotel, in a safe neighborhood, close to top restaurants and bars and not far from the Vatican. Far enough from the tourist crowds with easy bus, taxi, metro access to all the tourist sites. Delicious, plentiful, breakfast full of variety. My wife loved the cappuccino and omelet bar. Rooftop breakfast and nighttime bar with a hidden platform for massive panoramic shots of all of Rome!

This is great hotel. It is walking distance to many places, including the Vatican. It also has a great little restaurant/bar at the top where you can get beautiful views of the city and the Vatican. The restaurant serves as the breakfast buffet in the morning. Literally the best breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing experience with this hotel. My mom and aunt encountered bugs and insects in their room, and despite my mom’s multiple requests, the staff refused to change her room due to a claimed full house. The lack of accommodation and professionalism was shocking. Bug bites covered my mom’s body. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid this hotel!!!

The location was perfect to allow us to walk to all the sites. The hotel was clean & comfortable but the rooftop breakfast & bar were superb!! The staff was great. Last but not least…What an amazing view every morning and evening from the rooftop. Absolutely gorgeous!
