"Wir sind jetzt seit drei Wochen in Kalifornien unterwegs und dies ist mit Abstand das schlechteste Hotel: Zimmer 630 stinkt nach Rauch, der Fußboden (Teppich) ist klebrig und verschmutzt (wir befürchten, dass es sich bei drn kleinen Kügelchen auf dem Foto um Kotreste handelt). Da wir aber spät ankamen, hatten wir keine Lust mehr auf einen Zimmerwechsel. Die Fenster unseres Zimmers wurde schon ewig nicht mehr gereinigt. Das W-Lan bricht ständig zusammen und man muss sich neu einloggen. Der Pool ist schmutzig, der Whirlpool ist außer Betrieb und mit einem Absperrband umrundet, so dass man meinen könnte, hier wäre der Tatort eines Verbrechens. Der Fitnessbereich ist viel zu klein für ein Hotel dieser Größe (nur zwei Laufbänder). Außerdem wurde der Fitnessbereich schon lange nicht mehr grundgereinigt (überall alte Spinnweben, aus dem Ventilator hängt der Dreck der letzten Jahre sowie ein verdreckter Boden). Das soll ein Hyatt Regency sein? Meines Erachtens versagt hier das obere Management komplett. Ein guter Hoteldirektor muss ständig sein eigenes Hotel in allen Bereichen inspizieren!"
