Great location. The main pool was a hit. My 7 year old enjoyed it everyday and the hot tubs were nice. Happy hour was a plus. Secure property. The few things that were not ideal, we could hear if someone went to the bathroom. We stayed on the first floor Lanai. The shower pressure wasn’t the best if someone was showering on the floors above. The drain in our room smelled terrible. And the pillows had an awful odor even after we got clean pillow cases from housekeeping. The room was ok. It wasn’t very clean. I would stay here again but would definitely upgrade to a newer room if that is an available option.

Beautiful property! If you expect to eat, good luck! I booked reservations through Yelp for brunch and that was a disaster. The bartender helped make it right..but then I ordered room service for dinner and waited a hour and half. When I called looking for my dinner the individual stated he forgot to ask my room number. A huge disappointment as it was Easter weekend and a major event for my family. A 50.00 credit doesn’t replace missing out on a brunch and horrible room service. Insulting after spending hundreds of dollars to get there and staying there.
