The hotel rooms were clean, tidy and maintained every day by the staff. All staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. The property grounds had quite a lot of trash around the back portions near the water, but I anticipate that would be difficult to maintain with such a large property. The view from the bay view room way great and it was a very family-friendly environment! We loved the 'dive-in' movies every evening for the kids!

The staff was decent, nothing to write home about. The property itself has seen better days. The pool closest to the restaurant was overflowing one night making it extremely dangerous for kids or weak swimmers to be in. The room we stayed in wasnt very clean, poorly thought out and overall not kept up. We loved San Diego, we didn't love this hotel.
