Was delayed due to snowstorm Fern. Was looking for an inexpensive hotel by SFO; and chose Bay Landing because of the reviews. I was very pleased with my choice. As others have noted the rooms are not super modern, but my room was clean, spacious and had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It was all I needed for my 2 night stay. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast has a good selection to chose from. I was definitely impressed and if I ever need a hotel near SFO again, I would return without hesitation

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at your hotel. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my check-in process smooth and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay. I stayed at your hotel from 2012 to 2014 and enjoyed it so much that I decided to return. While my overall experience was wonderful, I did notice that a few updates could enhance the guest experience even further. Thank you for maintaining such a welcoming and comfortable environment. I look forward to staying with you again in the future.
