Clean rooms, great service, accommodating. Very noisy - on 3rd floor you can still hear people talking on the street. The motorcycles and truck drivers engine sounds are loud enough to keep you awake so bring ear plugs.

For what we paid, been to many hotels in the San Jose gam area and this hotel was the most expensive so far, when we arrived the reception said they just finished preparing the room for us, there was 1 towel we were 4, the pillows were terrible. there was no soap in the shower. Not going there ever.
