Lovely setting, great pools, beach, and quick bar/food service. Lobby bartenders were very attentive. Nice having a Starbucks on site, bc not many other easy/less expensive breakfast options. Good central location to get to OSJ, El Yunque and neighborhoods like Condado & Santurce. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable but definitely no "extras" and getting a bit dated. We were in an oceanside villa room. First floor really doesn't have an ocean view due to dunes and a half wall, so had I known that I'd have requested second level. We opted to stay in one of these rooms instead of main hotel (which would have been less $) to avoid some of the lobby noise on the weekends but unfortunately the room next to use hosted a large party after hours which was incredibly loud music and people from about 1-3 am (it was a 2 story suite). Had to call lobby and security 3x. So it's for these reasons that it's not quite a 5 star experience.

Friendly staff, clean property, great restaurants on site and fun entertainment daily! The beds are extremely comfortable, the pool and beach areas were very clean and welcoming.

We had a great stay here. The pool deck is awesome, the room was nice and clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We will be staying here again!

We had a great stay for 3 nights. Place was extremely clean. The rooms were update and spotless. It was a great location and easy/ reasonable uber rides to Old San Juan. I would definitely recommend.
