Gut: Sauberkeit und Zustand der Unterkunft
Lovely setting, great pools, beach, and quick bar/food service. Lobby bartenders were very attentive. Nice having a Starbucks on site, bc not many other easy/less expensive breakfast options. Good central location to get to OSJ, El Yunque and neighborhoods like Condado & Santurce. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable but definitely no "extras" and getting a bit dated. We were in an oceanside villa room. First floor really doesn't have an ocean view due to dunes and a half wall, so had I known that I'd have requested second level. We opted to stay in one of these rooms instead of main hotel (which would have been less $) to avoid some of the lobby noise on the weekends but unfortunately the room next to use hosted a large party after hours which was incredibly loud music and people from about 1-3 am (it was a 2 story suite). Had to call lobby and security 3x. So it's for these reasons that it's not quite a 5 star experience.
