Aguas de Ibiza Grand Luxe Hotel

"Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht dem Standard, den man in dieser Kategorie erwarten würde. Das Personal war insgesamt sehr unfreundlich – eine Ausnahme bildeten lediglich die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption und die sehr freundliche junge Dame im Kids-Club, die sich wirklich bemüht hat.
Unser Zimmer roch unangenehm streng, und das Badezimmer der Suite war deutlich verschmutzt: Die Badewanne hatte gelbe Flecken, und es lagen Haare herum, die offensichtlich nicht von uns stammten. Diese Mängel waren bereits bei der Ankunft sichtbar und wurden auch nach dem Reinigen nicht wirklich behoben.
Schade, dass hier offenbar wenig Wert auf Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung gelegt wird – das trübt den Gesamteindruck erheblich."
