Cette toute nouvelle chambre entièrement climatisée avec un lit et une salle de bain sur l'île de Spanish Wells, aux Bahamas, dispose d'un salon ouvert et d'une cuisine complète, ainsi que d'une terrasse / terrasse clôturée. Lit king size. Le salon comprend également deux canapés / lits futons pleine grandeur. Internet par câble, télévision par câble dans la chambre et le salon. Cette maison de vacances comprend une voiturette de golf (4 places à essence), un kayak, une planche à pagaie et des vélos pour que chaque jour soit une nouvelle aventure. Il est à 2 minutes à pied de la célèbre plage de sable blanc de Spanish Wells. À seulement quelques minutes à pied de tout en ville.
Spanish Wells est une petite île unique située au large de la pointe nord d'Eleuthera. Silver Airways et United de Fort Lauderdale, American Eagle de Miami et Delta d'Atlanta en Géorgie sont des vols sans escale vers North Eleuthera (ELH). La pêche au homard est la principale industrie de l'île. La meilleure façon de se déplacer dans l'islad est en voiturette de golf, il n'y a pas besoin de voiture. La pêche est excellente ici la pêche aux os et la pêche en haute mer. Les pêcheurs locaux proposent de nombreuses excursions telles que la natation avec les cochons, vous pouvez visiter la grotte du prédicateur. Queens Bath, Hatchet Bay Cave, Ocean Hole et le célèbre Glass Windows Bridge (nous vous recommandons de les réserver à l'avance). I had a wonderful stay at Hidden Gem. It was perfect for me - great location to everything. Comes with the buggy which is a bonus. I was able to walk to the beach and spent my days there. Sharon picked me up at the dock and showed me around the rental. She’s so sweet and kind! I will definitely stay with her again, though my April dates are taken. Gotta book early!

Nice cozy place

This was a quick weekend getaway and Sharon’s place was the perfect spot for me and the husband. Although we did not cook, the kitchen was fully stocked. Place was very clean and comfortable. Sharon was also very accommodating in that she arranged the taxi and ferry service and picked us up at the dock. Would recommend staying here. She also has other places to rent on the same property.

Perfect stay for our Family of 4.

We recently stayed at a wonderful property in Spanish Wells, booked through VRBO, and our experience was outstanding. The property was spotlessly clean and its location was extremely convenient. Just a 2-minute walk away, we found ourselves on a beautiful soft pink sand beach with shallow waters stretching as far as the eye could see, resembling a huge swimming pool. Additionally, a liquor store was just a stone’s throw away and a small market within a 3-5 minute walk. The use of the half-cart ‘buggy’ was a plus for getting around and shopping at the Food Fair supermarket, which, notably, closes most days at 5 p.m. There was also a pharmacy, very handy in case you forget your medications (I recommend seeing George Russell). Sharon, our host, was wonderful and very helpful in arranging taxis and the ferry to the island. Among the must-do activities, I recommend renting a boat at Harbourside Rentals or taking a guided tour with Sharon’s nephew, among many other available options. Also, a visit to Papa Scoops for excellent ice cream (open from 7 to 10 p.m.) is a must, as is going to Buddhas for good food, drinks, and background country music. For a delightful meal, Wreckers. The Sand Bar, and Shipyard are excellent choices. The beach is perfect for relaxing or snorkeling. It was a fantastic place for our family of 4. We love Spanish Wells and its people. We’re eager to have the opportunity to return.

Very relaxing vacation

Cute little cottage just 2 minutes from a gorgeous beach! They have kayaks but we couldn’t use them because it was too windy. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. Sharon, the owner, was very responsive and very helpful. The golf cart was a big plus for exploring the island. It was a very relaxing vacation! Love Spanish Wells and Hidden Gem!

A week in paradise

All about our stay was perfect. Sharon is a wonderful host, picked us up at the dock and took us for a tour of the island, explaining everything we need to know. The property is very nice and clean with everything you need to stay like at home. House is walking distance to the paradise beach of Spanish Wells. Really looking forward to come back

Relaxing beach trip

The property was perfect for the two of us, great AC, comfortable king bed, the wifi was good we even brought our roku. The best part of the beach (still plenty of sand at high tide),was only steps away, cut through the cemetery then past one house. The outdoor shower before you came back inside was key. We have been to Spanish wells before but this was our first time being so close to town, it was nice being able to walk to Budda's and short buggy trip to restaurants. The host was extremely helpful, picked us up and dropped off at ferry, when our golf cart broke down one day they had another one dropped off in under an hour. We will definitely stay at this property again.

convenient to everything

Close to the beach, grocery store and every else with the included golf car. Used the bikes (and ferry) to bike to Ben Beach bay, Sapphire Hole and Preachers Cave on Eleuthera. Beautiful day trip! Just so people know ahead of time, the small island cemetery is right next door and walking through it is the shortest way to the beach. I enjoyed reading the headstones and have always enjoyed visiting cemeteries so I was fine. There may be others who have a problem with it, so just be aware. The beach isn't busy. I would find more starfish than people. It was very relaxing to walk through the water at low tide on the powdery sand. Used the kayaks to go around the island (go high tide) and out to the small islands off shore. Didn't find any areas to go snorkeling off shore. I hear you have to go out to the reef. Fun trip!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Hidden Gem.The apartment was clean with all new appliances.We enjoyed the quiet,the outdoor shower,the easy walkable distance to what we wanted to do,even Papa Scoops! The owner gave us a ride to the dock on our way home since we had many bags to carry from Food Fair. We'll be back!

Staying in one of Sharon's rentals was beyond amazing. Well equiped, sparkling clean, and very comfortable. Spanish Wells holds a piece of my heart Sharon and Will live just down the road so anything they could do to help make your stay memorable and trouble free was beyond amazing. Can’t wait to go back!

Can’t wait to go back! First off Spanish Wells is a wonderful place this would be our third time going there and second time staying at one of Sharon’s properties. There’s simply no downside it’s a beautiful island. If you’re looking for a nice romantic low-key adventure this is it, walk the white sand beaches taking in its natural beauty. As I look up my window on my home and it’s 19 below zero actual temperature, I really can’t think of any downsides to Spanish Wells can’t wait to return thank you Sharon for an enjoyable experience.

Wonderful Vacation

Spanish Wells is one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever taken. The ocean is amazing, food wonderful and fishing is great. Hidden Gem is a wonderful apartment for a week's stay while on vacation. It was comfortably furnished and well stocked. Sharon went out of her way to make us feel welcome, the apartment was immaculate and she even arranged transportation from the airport which included a ride from airport in N. Eleuthera to ferry and a ferry ride to Spanish Wells. We were met at the dock and taken straight to Hidden Gem. A golf cart was provided for the week for our transportation needs. I highly recommend a stay here.

Everything we wanted!

We really enjoyed our stay on Spanish Wells! Sharon and Willis welcomed us they were fun to talk to, they had a golf cart ready that was included with their cute place. A very quick golf cart run (easy walk too) took us to the beach (don’t miss it at low tide! WOW!!) They have kayaks and paddle boards available for us to use. An outdoor shower is available too. I would totally stay here again, not far from the beach at all and they have a golf cart ready, kayaks and paddle boards. They really did think of everything! I HIGHLY recommend!

Absolutely loved staying here!

Check in process was so easy, Sharon arranged a taxi and ferry (price for this service was surprisingly cheap in my opinion, which was great!) and had someone pick us up on the dock to bring us to our place! It was very clean and comfortable. Loved having access to kayaks, paddle boards, a golf cart, and even bikes if we wanted! I cannot say enough positive things about this place. We were sad to leave and will hopefully be back in the future.

The name says it all

We could have not been more pleased with our stay at Hidden Gem. The main room and the bedroom are very spacious with plenty of room to relax. The unit was clean as a whistle. We stayed 10 days and having the washer and dryer was a big bonus. Having the golf cart included was a big bonus. The location for us was perfect. Sharon is warm and checked up on us in a good way. She arranged all of the transportation to and from the island, which was a great help. She is an excellent host. I would highly recommend any of Sharon's properties. The next time we are in Spanish Wells we are definitely staying here again!

My daughter and I recently stayed here. It was wonderful!! The location in perfect. Short walk to the beach, the grocery, and the dock. Sharon greeted us upon arrival and was available every time we had a question. The house was clean and very well kept with extra towels, beach chairs, coolers, etc. We loved it!
