"Check-in experience was not that great, and we finally got our room and the A/C was bad. Had to change room. I’m a Hilton Diamond, so got upgraded to a suite, which are fine, but their A/C is very weak. We slept in a king bedroom one night and A/C was fine. Suites are bad. Would not recommend this ..."
