I loved this hostel, itâs near the castle is stirling and just 1 minute from the church of the holy rude which is very beautiful and offers an extraordinary view of the city, the Wallace monument and mountains. I really recommend this hostel. The team is great and I loved the kitchen !
The hostel is very well located, just about a 10-minute walk from the train station and only a few minutes from the castle and historic center. We had a private room for three with its own bathroom â clean, bright, comfortable, and well equipped. The only downside was the wooden floor that creaked all the time. We highly recommend it for a short stay in Stirling. We didnât use the kitchen, but it looked very clean and well equipped.
We knew it was a hostel, but room was very tiny, bunk beds were very small too, you hit your head all the time, also sounded a lot when moving on the bed. On the other hand, the floor was cracking on every step you made.
Positive feedback, it's a walkable distance from downtown and train station, keep in mind that is an uphill walk. Also, very close to historical places like Edimburgh Castle.
Stayed as a family with my 11 year old daughter. We were comfortable and loved the location, proximity to the old jail and castle, and the character and history of the hostel.
