Our stay experience

The staff is great ! The receptionist that helped us check-in was kinds to us and my daughter , but the pool was so dirty all the time . People would have their music too loud . The food at the kiosk not so great .

Been here a couple of times and my kids live it, this time around we checked in and the restoom was not cleaned had urine on seat and it had the tear paper that's states its clean. It had no AC and it was extremely humide

It was overall a nice place. They don’t allow kids in the jacuzzi which is unfortunate because it is very much a kid friendly place otherwise. The pool was not very heated so this made the pool experience not enjoyable for our family, which was the whole point of our vacation. To sit and relax by the pool.
