Yes there was a couple of issues with the keycard not working first time, and the main door not working for a day—neither of these were problems. The ladies on the reception were lovely and I enjoyed chatting to. Breakfast is nice and varied, if a bit cold, even the hot food. Location is convenient, it had a fantastic view, and was close to everything. Decent chance I’ll stay here again.

Good hotel, very well located, easy access to restaurants, docks, tours etc. The only negative point for me is that the pictures of the room booked (cozy) did not match to what I got (older version) however it’s was clean and well maintained

Great location, nice staff. Beautiful view from room and very spacious. Food service was very average and diasspointing at breakfast buffet. Needs a Norwegian chef to upgrade - does not compare to other properties around the country.
