Overall for the price, very good. We would consider staying again! We were travelling with our 6 month old baby. There are cribs provided on a FCFS basis. The frustrating part of that was that they literally couldn’t tell me if there was a crib available until we received the room key (we arrived early to the hotel and they couldn’t tell us the morning of our stay either). We did end up getting a crib, and it was great! Room was mostly clean. We washed a part of the floor so baby could explore, and the wash cloth came back quite dirty, but surfaces were clean. Staff was very friendly, though a bit unorganized. We requested a late check out the night before we left, they said we could check out at noon, yet three different people came to our room or phoned us at 11 wondering why we hadn’t checked out yet. On one of the nights, we got a phone call at 930pm wondering if we ordered uber eats? Wasn’t our order, not sure what happened there. Our baby was sleeping so I would have been pissed if the call woke the baby up. Again, disorganized. Street noise is loud (normal part of staying downtown), so just be warned if you’re a light sleeper - bring earplugs! Super close walk to ferries for granville island! And vancouver is very walkable so we were able to walk to the aquarium and stanley park (although it’s a 40 minute walk one way, so not for every family) There’s also a really nice rooftop lounge that we took full advantage of, and luggage storage!!

Great place to stay in! Conveniently located in Downtown Vancouver within walking distance of many attractions and near public transportation. The front desk associates were friendly (three females, one male), additional amenities in property such as a gym, community kitchen, rooftop area with views of sowntown Vancouver, and a dry sauna.

A really great place in a nice location. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The only complaints are that the pillows are terrible and the rooms are extremely humid but the dehumidifier is very loud and grating so we could only use it when we were out of the room.

I had the most unfortunate experience in the restaurant where i saw 3 ratd run across the dining room floor. The hotel manager comped my parking fee, but my last night a heard one in my room. I've stayed there 4 times now, but this was a first. I don't know that I'll be back
