We were surprised at check-in (which they accommodated as an early check-in with no fuss) to hear that they upgraded us to a suite. The room was wonderful and much, much better than our previous stay in Vancouver at a different hotel in the same location. The amenities were just what we needed, the fresh fruit was a nice touch, and the location is perfect for our trips from Vancouver Island. I immediately favourited this hotel for a future stay.

Service was beyond exceptional! They've truly thought of everything in the rooms! Beds/linens were extremely comfortable, towels were thick and big, room was big and very clean and staff were all friendly and service oriented! Loved having the essential oils in the room also!

We love Hotel Blu. The cheerful staff are so very helpful. Breakfast was a la carte but we enjoyed sharing the scrumptious avocado toast. The location is perfect for walking up the shopping street Robson or heading on Cambie Rd to the historic Gastown!
