We stayed here the night before a flight from YVR. Pretty decent hotel with a nice pool for kids (shallow, water slide). I think calling it a resort is a stretch since there’s not much to do unless you’re really into casinos, but we were happy with it as a hotel room. Its quite conveniently located on the sky train route, but otherwise not much in the area. We ended up spending our evening taking an UBER to IKEA.

Our room was nice-super comfy beds, but the windows didn’t open-don’t love that. The counter agent was kind of unhelpful at check in-sort of pushed a map and key at us - and told us to have a nice stay. The fridge didn’t work at all-they came to fix fairly quickly so that was appreciated. What didn’t work at all? The parking-warning if you’re staying in the East Tower—the parking garage is a long away so if you have kids or elderly people, I suggest going to get the car and bring around to the lobby. Get a ready for a hike though. I tried cutting through the casino, but there’s a line to check your ID etc, kind of a hassle. Valet was never offered at check in time (see above) so I’ll guess we’ll never know. The casino is pretty good if you like that sort of thing. We didn’t dine at Gordon Ramsay’s Steak as the prices are massive and we heard a lady say that she was “underwhelmed” Overall, I would say our stay was good, but I am relieved we only stayed the one night-not really my cup of tea—the West Tower probably was way better.
