Awful. Check in took forever and there’s no where to park while you do as you need a key to get into the parking garage. Parking was also $35 a night. We had to pay $25 to use the stove in our room this was not mentioned until we tried to turn it on. Our group had an allergy so part of why we picked this hotel was the kitchen. The room itself was clean enough but there was paint splatters everywhere including on the bedding. I’m not sure what detergent they use but everyone in my group was very itchy after sleeping in the beds or using the towels. The noise was also pretty bad you could hear anytime anyone flushed the toilet in other rooms. The entire floor reeked like a pet store. I will not be staying here again and for the price the quality of the room and extra charges were outrageous.

The room we were given was spacious with a queen bed in a separate large bedroom and two double beds in the main room. The rest of the room had a dining area for four and as well as a sitting area. The kitchen was clean and had utensils and plates, etc for four people. The bathroom was clean and also well appointed. The room needed some paint on patched areas and the fridge settings need some adjustments as everything in the fridge froze over night even after I moved the setting to a lower temperature. Over all, my daughter and I had a good stay. The hotel is in an area that is very walkable and close to everything. I recommend this hotel and would stay again.

When we booked in we were told it would be an extra $25.00/night if we wanted to use the stove. When we got up to our room there was a locked door in our room. I asked if we had an adjoining room and was told that it was a bedroom and if we wanted to use it, it would be another $25.00 per night.

The staff there is the must useless, they are rude and they gave out our room because we can in later as I could not find my ID's the concierge and manager made the whole experience worse, the did not gave any sort of resolutions, they basically told us to find somewhere else as they already gave out the room we already paid for. Worst hotel in Vancouver.
