Room was very clean. The cleaning staff was very correspondent. We stayed in a high floor unit. It was quiet. We didn't use any of the amenities in the hotel. One thing I wish they had in a room is a kettle to boil hot water.

Spotless room, fantastic location, friendly staff, comfortable beds! Stayed in a club room on the 25th floor, the complimentary breakfast was great! They also had free appetizers from 5:30-8 in the club lounge which we didn’t partake in, but was a nice touch. The only downside of the hotel is the gym and pool are quite a walk from the pool/gym.. If that is important to you, request the north tower.

We stayed in a family room in the south tower There is a long hallway lead to the bedroom feels a little weird. Other than that, all is normal $60 per night per vehicle is not normal 😄

I asked for ocean view room a month in advance and yet they gave me a room with a minimal view in north tower. Amazing staff, clean room, not so noise cancelling rooms, I could hear my neighbours above and below me

Lovely clean room. Fantastic service from the cleaning team and from the staff at the club lounge. Club lounge manager provided tickets for ice skating at robson square, much appreciated. Club lounge waitress Tuinquille (spelling may be wrong!) was superb .
