Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• A tax is imposed by the city and will be collected at the property. This tax does not apply to residents of Venice City and children under 10 years of age. Further exemptions may apply to patients and their companions, and people staying in the city for specific purposes/duties, subject to the submission of proper documents to the property. A 30 per cent reduction applies from 1–31 January.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 January to 31 January, EUR 3.10 per person, per night for adults; EUR 1.60 per night for guests aged 10-16 years old.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 February to 31 December, EUR 4.50 per person, per night for adults; EUR 2.20 per night for guests aged 10-16 years old.

The fees and deposits listed below will be charged at the time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for cooked-to-order breakfast: from approximately EUR 20 for adults and from EUR 20 for children
• Nearby parking fee: EUR 30 per day
• Pet fee: EUR 25 per pet, per night
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Rollaway bed fee: EUR 100.0 per day

• All guests (including children) need to be present at check-in to show their government-issued photo ID or passport.
• On-site cash transactions can't exceed EUR 5000, due to national regulations. For more details, please contact the property using information in the booking confirmation.
• Registered guests are the only ones allowed to be in guestrooms.
• Connecting/adjoining rooms are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property at the number on your booking confirmation.
• To adhere to national/local laws, air conditioning may be restricted to certain hours in January.
