Put in the incorrect room although I insisted it was wrong but at 9pm why argue. An hour later the error was corrected and we moved to correct room. Room had mold as both mornings we couldn’t open our eyes and felt like something in room causing this. We were promised direct transfers to the Venice airport for $22 but the boat broke down that night, they said we could walk 20 minutes with all our bags to catch a direct ferry or transfer twice and spend 2 hours to reach airport. They set up a private taxi that was to pick us up no later then 9:30 am at our cost of $150 and when we went to lobby at 9:10am they had NO record of the night manager (jose) that set up the taxi. He called and said it was a mix up and the taxi would arrive at 9:30. At 9:45 he called again and said it was 5 min away. it showed at 10am. So we missed our connection, we paid $150 to be late when we were promised a $22 transfer when we booked this hotel. The Only good part of the stay was our waitress at the restaurant on the 1st night, Chris, she was excellent. Overall very disappointed with experience.

This place has no air conditioning. They advertise AC but they have none. I was offered a fan never received one .The front desk are very incompetent and very curt. For the last day I ordered a private taxi to airport. They offered my taxi to four people and for us to share one mind you these people had more weight luggage. I ended using someone else. Murano is gorgeous but Hyatt tried their best to spoil it. Also lobby smells like a dumpster

Wow, what a truly fantastic way to see Venice and the surrounding area without the crowds and chaos. Murano and the Hyatt Centric are the best option for your visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and truly appreciated the helpful staff and especially the hotel managers suggestion of how to best experience a day in Venice (thank you so much Armando!). We also enjoyed the on site restaurant especially for the breakfast buffet. It was an amazing way to start our day before we went exploring. Also having its own vaparetto stop literally feet from the front door is also very convenient. A truly beautiful part of the world that we were fortunate to be able to visit.

The hotel is nice aesthetically and is in a good location. It is great that they offer shuttle services to and from the airport, as it is challenging to get around Venice. There seems to be gaps in communication between staff members. For example, we were promised our room would be ready ASAP at 10 AM ( which was well before the check-in time) but were not able to access a room until 2 PM. It would have been better if they were honest and let us know the room would not be available until the regular check-in time. We had an issue with our keycard not working, and it was promised the door would be fixed. It was not fixed for the duration of our stay. We were also promised to use the spa facilities complimentary for this inconvenience but then were questioned about the timing of our service and why we didn’t let them know 15 min in advance, as someone needs to turn the stream room and sauna on. They then let us know that it was not problem and someone would do it now and to wait for 30 minutes for it to heat up. For this inconvenience we were g given the “service for free”; however it was already supposed to be complimentary? Lastly, I checked with the hotel about our shuttle to the airport for our departure. I never heard a definitive answer back. A woman let me know that she would put us into the 10 AM time slot. Due to all of the miscommunication prior, I decided to check with someone at the front desk later that day. We were never added to the list- I had to alert them.
