Easily my favourite hotel in Victoria— and I’ve tried a bunch. I first stayed here for a conference/workshop – – had I not, I probably wouldn’t have realized what a great value it was Quiet, rooms are immaculate, comfortable, excellent linens, and they still get made up every day. As well, staff is excellent, and the location is so very walkable— all through downtown over to Chinatown, fisherman’s wharf… highly recommend.

Incredible Hosts

Yes, the location is top notch with wonderful bay views, but it's the people who staff the Inn at Laurel Point that make staying at this property spectacular, in my opinion. Words that come to mind: kind, welcoming, professional, attentive and responsive.

Convenient and Comfortable

We stayed here as a family to just spend some time in Victoria to visit family. It allowed us to easily walk to the main downtown area. Staff was super friendly, cafe was very nice and convenient, rooms were nice and clean. Restaurant service was great.

This hotel was fabulous. I brought my boyfriend to Victoria for a weekend getaway and we had the best time. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. They gave us tips on where to go and how to get there, and if we needed anything at any hour the staff was always there to help. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to go to Victoria and it’s in the best location because you are close to everything. Highly recommend.

Beautiful views, good size of room and bath in Erickson Wing, staff were friendly and welcoming. Just some minor concern for the housekeeping, has to call for teabags refill, but it’s not a big deal, for sure will return.

We just loved our stay for 5 days with our pup. We lived the path for morning/ evening walks and the room had a great access to the path. Staff were all super friendly. We will definitely come back here for our annual family outing to Victoria. Just a gem in James bay Harbour.
