Unbeliebable parking fee 14+ dollars . Stiff room deposit 75 Dollars. Leaky toilet. Called front desk to notify them about the toilet leaking externally. The issue was not fixes upon return to my room towels were removed from floor . Notified front desk issue was not corrected . Thruout my stay

Home away from home

I had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites Tysons Corner! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I especially appreciated the complimentary made-to-order breakfast every morning—it was fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day. The evening reception with snacks and drinks was a nice bonus too! The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the metro. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be returning!

Tried to attend the managers reception, and unfortunately after standing in line for 10 minutes we were asked to join another line and wait at the back of the line. Very unprofessional, poor customer service and a disappointment. Also, front desk person did not listen to parking concern related to link until we explained that it was not going through. After she confirmed by looking at our device, she then offered to add it incidentals. Would have appreciated that before sharing the concern 3 times. I asked to speak with someone regarding our concerns, and was told that would be fine, and left the room number. When I followed up after not hearing from anyone, I was told that no leadership is on site and that I could send an email. We have stayed here many times in the past before renovations. Unfortunately, customer service and respect must have been a casualty of the renovation. We left before breakfast, the bedding was a 5 on a 10 point scale.

We like this location for visiting Wolf Trap. Unfortunately the staff was not able to communicate well, was not familiar with the area, was hesitant to help and didnt answer the phone when i tried to call from the room with a question. We were not advised about the parking set up and I was not able to use the 'app' at 11 pm with a dead phone battery. The desk clerk finally helped but reluctantly. Also the food at breakfast was not really up to par, specifically the watery grits. The evening free cocktail is so limited it wasnt worth attending, we gave our tickets away. Would rather have free parking. But, this said, its a good option for visiting Wolf trap. Sad the desk clerks have never heard of it. The hotel is in better physical shape than previous visits which is nice.
