Our stay at Ritz Carlton check in was very smooth , felt safe and convenient location to the main attraction's. The stem sauna timing could be extended as the current time made it difficult to attend facilities in the morning as one would be out by 10.00 am . Although they did their best to cater to vegetarian more attention to vegetarian option would be good as it felt limited to me. Overall pleasant stay with friendly staff 😊

We spent a week in Vienna for a relaxed stay. The location is great and walkable to a lot of places but very accessible to the underground, trams and buses in the area. We got the train from the airport to Wein Mitten (I think) which gave us a little walk to the hotel and that didn't take a lot of time. Right from the first to the last day staff were really welcoming, generous and polite. We booked a room with club lounge access which was great - although I would say food options there need some variety. Breakfast on the ground floor was amazing and the breakfast team could not do enough for us. Even for trips out we were able to build a snack box for pastries/fuits and get drinks to go when we had really early starts. Thank you to the club lounge team and Francisco and the entire breakfast team for looking after us so well :)

Needs refurbishing. My room had courtyard view. It was dark and couldn’t see the sky during the day. Tried to change the room but day of my arrival front or rear view was not available. Charged €650 per day plus breakfast.

Fabulous hotel, wonderful service and great amenities. Loved the bar and restaurant, the food was excellent. Spa and pool area was an added bonus. Without doubt however, the staff at The Ritz Charlton made our stay truly memorable.
