One of the best hotels in the area. The newly acquired Ocean Tower is conveniently connected to the Hilton Palace and Hilton Waikoloa Village via complimentary tram and boat services. The Dolphin Quest experience is a real highlight of the property. Rooms are clean, and the staff are consistently polite and friendly. The restaurants are good, though vegetarian options are quite limited.

Clean room, comfortable beds. Very nice grounds and artwork throughout. The sheer size and how long it takes to get to your room from the parking lot, and no direct beach access are the only complaints. Overall a nice facility.
