The property is beautiful, and it’s very family friendly. There was so much to do; I would 100% come back. My only qualm was that I spent about $115 on the buffet breakfast, and it was disappointing. The food was cold and just unappetizing. Not worth all that money.

Property itself is very pretty! Staff isn’t all that friendly, with handful of exceptions. Loved being able to watch the dolphins at the dolphin quest. Not enough dinning and eating option for that large of a facility. Not close to more local foods and store. No beach and sand access unless at lagoon if that’s what you’re looking for.

Excellent property

This resort is amazing! Everything from my room to lobby, pool, and anything in between was immaculate. On property activities were endless. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy more of what Hilton had to offer. There will definitly be a next time and I will stay much longer than this las visit.

The property is stunning: natural lagoon, two large pool complexes with slides, bridges, cave, hot tub. Spectacular ocean views. This great for kids. Lots of activities incl. swimming with dolphins, turtles, boat rentals. But the dining options are terrible!! The two poolside burger joints close at 5:00! There is an over-priced Italian (?!?) restaurant with no view, and only one over-priced restaurant with a view - book ahead - not enough tables. So where to get a casual dinner? We saw a lot of Dominos deliveries! Also the entrance/parking is FAR from the Palace and Ocean towers. Only one of two monorails was running with 2 out of 4 cars no air conditioning - deadly!! Plan 20-30 minutes to walk or catch the monorail to get to the parking!! So running to the store or mall is an ordeal. The Palace is cheap and you get what you pay for - no pool, no amenities, depressing "courtyard." 10 minute walk to cafe in Ocean tower for decent coffee. Room service only on request.

As a single parent of kids with disabilities, this property was a total nightmare. The resort is ENORMOUS. I was reassured that there was a tram that could take us to the pools but during our entire stay we successfully caught the tram twice. Which meant we were putting in 15,000 steps per day going from our room to the pools, entertainment. The only restaurant in our tower was an extremely expensive Italian restaurant. There’s no bottled water in the rooms so they give you fillable water bags—but good luck finding the filling stations. The towel dispensers are not where the maps say they should be. The parking lot is far and requires a lot of steps. I put in a housekeeping request for more towels and coffee and hard to check in multiple times for several hours before anyone came. When I was booking this I reached out to the resort and mentioned I will be traveling with kids with autism. I asked if they had any tips for me since I’d be traveling as a single parent, and their only response was “we have no kids club.” That should have been a sign for me that this resort is not disability-friendly. It’s very beautiful and flashy but they absolutely do not accommodate anyone with physical needs and the food is not kid-friendly (I.e you can’t even get a hamburger anywhere). I’m so disappointed considering how much money I spent. To be fair, my kids had a nice time (aside from the walking) but it was at my expense since I had to carry everything.

Parking expensive $48 dollars if you park by yourselfand $58 if you want to Valet Park, I haven't gotten a receipt from when I stayed there so that I can see why I was charged an additional $418.48. I did the parking yourself with the rental car I had. The day we were checking out there was human poop on the sidewalk and we could've find a staff member till we got all the way to the front of the hotel. They need to tell people that the AC turns off when the balcony door is open. We didn't find the hot tubs until the last day we were there and the hot tubs were hot but the jets just bubble so that was kinda lame. There were kids sitting in the hot tubs doing sexual things with no parents or staff around. The Tram is super slow and they say itll be there in 10 to 7 minutes but it takes way longer than that so you might as well walk Only times I saw staff was at the front desk which is a 7 min walk from the Palace which is where I was staying. Not to mention the walking from the parking lot to the Palace because again the tram literally wasn't around and its faster to walk.

No a/c on one of the trams which would be nice to know in advance being as though we brought our infant along. No decent wheelchairs. Attendants completely ignored my wife, myself, and our 6 month old baby. I needed assistance pushing my wife who broke her foot the day of check in. Spa gave me a hard time cancelling prenatal massage although I tried to explain she had just broken her foot but was still explained “their policy”.

Nice property but insanely overpriced! They get you everywhere! They leave a cheap tote bag in your room and then they want $13 for it! They charge $55 plus tax and gratuities for breakfast per person and they have a make your own waffle machine that is identical to the one at Holiday Inn! $55 plus tax and tips for breakfast! they could at least make the waffle! I got pasta and tiramisu delivered through room service. The pasta came soaked in a small brown cardboard box. For $70, it tasted disgusting. And then another thing. They actually put monitoring chips on their towels! You get it out of a machine and if you don’t return it, they charge you $20 per towel! I never heard of a hotel putting a security device on a hotel towel! Also, self parking was almost $50 a night! It turned out to be not much different from valet parking. And it was quite far away from our room.While it’s a really nice looking property and has a cool pool with dolphins, I wouldn’t stay here again.
