Fireplace, kitchen, sofa, basically your own apartment. Free Wifi, free phone calls. Great coffee shop/ cafe and you don't even have to leave the hotel; there's an entrance from the inside. Friendly/ helpful staff. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

This property was great right from booking, to checking in, all during our 3 night stay, and check out. Staff are amazing, and are continually being helpful to make your stay the best. A nice option to have more K pods in the lobby, if you run out in your room...we needed Decaf, which wasn't stocked, but it was easy enough to purchase some in the local store. Both Tom & Tommy were always there to assist. Room was spacious, ample charging ports for devices, and loved the coziness of the gas fireplace with the weather cooling. Breakfast in Alpha was ideal, being connected to the hotel, with staff as wonderful as the hotel staff. It had been many years since we visited Whistler, and we won't be leaving it as long until the next visit. And our choice will be the Pinnacle again. Another note, if you take the bus to Whistler, it's a short 5 minute walk to the hotel, prefect.
