One of the nicest hotels I've ever staying at, especailly for the price. There was an onsen in site that you could check how many people were already in via your rooms "smart mirror", as well as having a private bathroom in your room. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel located in an area accessible to the train station. Not very close to the tourist area though. The hotel offers a public bath. We didn’t use it but it looked nice. The rooms are decent for the price. Staffers are nice and friendly. Overall a good experience.

Short walk from Yokohama station. The convenience store downstairs was very usedul. My daughter loved public bath in B1. Overall we enjoyed 2 night stay in Hotel Plum very much. Reasonable yet it has everything we need.

Great staff who spoke English very well. They were very helpful making sure that our taxi driver knew where we wanted to go! Close to train station 5-7 minute walk. Would return in the future. Breakfast was extra (yen) but it was worth the money - lots of food and 3 choices (English, Chinese or Japanese style). Laundry available at decent price.

I stayed for 6 nights and it was really amazing stay! The room is actually spacious for one person. Walkable to lots of places; restaurants, mall, and to Yokohama station. There's construction around the area, but it's not a bother at all. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. One thing though, the vending machines seems don't accept the new bills. Overall, I had a great stay, and will surely stay again here!
