The staff was excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special. The room was clean and very spacious with a great view of the mountains. The breakfast was amazing and the afternoon tea was just what we needed after a day out. Will definitely stay again. We highly recommend it. Oh and did I mention it's close to the train station and they offer pick up service.

The staff was extremely helpful. They gave great suggestions for our very brief visit. The only thing that was less than we wanted was the laundry facility which was very small and didn't dry fast enough. But the staff again was very accommodating to our needs, so this really isn't a complaint. It's just a comment.

Room is nice & clean. Bed is comfortable and the balcony is amazing. Close to the train station so it is very convenient. Also close to shopping & restaurants. We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. It’s conveniently located to the rail station and also had shuttle service if needed. The room was spacious and we had a great view. Lovely hotel right at the beginning of Zermat main avenue. Near the train station and walkable to all restaurants and stores. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are vey spacious and clean with a spectacular view of the alps. Will definitely stay there agin.

Lovely stay at the Hotel Butterfly. Free shuttle available to and from train station but also walkable. Breakfast as well as an afternoon tea were offered. Rooms were large including the bathroom. I would highly recommend.

Good Location

Location was excellent. Breakfast spread was very good. Room was clean. Strong sewage stink from our bathroom throughout our stay. Hotel staff tried with whatever resources they had. This was the most unpleasant experience during our stay. Housekeeping service was below standard. There were bits of garbage still after cleaning.
