My husband and I needed a nice place to stay near the main train station in Zurich. We were spending one night in Zurich before leaving by airplane the next morning. The Central Plaza Hotel is just an easy10 minute walk from the train station. It is a historic hotel with completely updated, modern interiors and located on the edge of the olde town area of Zurich. Our room was small but immaculately clean. We easily walked to riverside cafes and there is a good assortment of nice restaurants in the olde town area. We enjoyed live music in the Central Plaza Hotel lounge in the evening. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English very well. We were very happy with our stay and would stay there again if we were in the area.

The hotel staff is very helpful n friendly. One of the staff, Simon, he is very kind and recommend good restaurants and places to visit area the area. The hotel is a bit old but it’s relatively clean and super close to the train station, just 5 mins walking distance and there are so many restaurants area the area and I will stay the same hotel again !!

This was a great hotel and the location is perfect. It is truly in the center of the city with tons of options all around. The train station is a five minute walk. Lots of delicious restaurants very close by.
