Despite reserving months in advance, when we checked in late at night after a long trans-Atlantic journey, we were placed in a room adjacent to one undergoing heavy construction, with constant drilling noise throughout the day. The hallway was covered in construction paper. We weren't warned of this when we checked in, we were just told that our water would be shut off one night. This certainly wasn't what we expected from a highly rated and expensive hotel.

EVERYTHING about this hotel is great!!!! Outstanding service, outstanding amenities, outstanding location….its right across the street from the main rail station, and the main shopping district (with just about any designer brand you can think of) starts just outside the hotel and runs for 3-4 blocks. I would 100 percent stay there again!!!

Everything was fabulous from the friendliness of employees, cleanliness of whole hotel, Christmas decorations all over hotel were just wonderful and your location. Loved all the floral decorations and selections of oranges and apples. Best hotel I have stayed in and I’ve been to many around the world.
