We had Franko check us in. He was very Friendly and did a excellent job. Rooms were abit dirty. Floors needed to be cleaned better. Beds are smaller then what we are used to and they are very low. Great place
It was a lovely place to stay. Great view but a little far from the main attractions in Acapulco and downtown area. But overall very cozy, clean, as exactly like it was described in the website.
