"The towel in my room had stains on them and so did my pillow case. The cups weren’t properly washed, and I had to wipe before use. The food was terrible—the worst food I’ve even had at an all-inclusive. Their Mexican was better than the rest, but I’ve had way better in the states. Staff is kind."
