Went down there for a baseball tournament but the only problem was the pool wasn’t open for the boys to enjoy after the game.

Candlewood Suites Lafayette - River Ranch by IHG
Safe, clean , nice area. Very busy road exiting hotel. Staff was passable. They answered questions and weren’t rude at all. Just didn’t greet you going in and out like I’ve gotten used to. Would definitely stay again.
