The most important thing - the bed and pillows were hard, lumpy and uncomfortable. I got a handicapped room without being told it was one…and I didn’t want or request one.

Checked into my room and it wasn’t cleaned. Bed was still dirty. Used towels still hanging in the bathroom. Pee in the toilet. No apology. Just moved rooms.
